Home123 Loans Direct has moved to capture more business by eliminating borrower confusion over its phone number. Specifically, the Florida-based lender, fronted by home repair guru Bob Vila, announced last week that it has secured the rights to the most frequent "mis-dials" of its 1-800-Home-123 number. The company cited estimates that up to 10 percent of would-be customers who dial "0" really mean to use the letter "O."
