No Red Tape Mortgage, a residential national wholesale jumbo lender, has started a new fax pre-approval submission process for jumbo loans.The new service, available to NRT’s national broker network, is an effort to streamline and simplify the submission process by not requiring any original documentation upon submission and, instead, accepting faxed copies to garner an underwriting decision.
