The non-agency share of the mortgage-backed securities market may have peaked during the second quarter, as third quarter figures show Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac MBS issuance rebounded in a more GSE-friendly market, according to an Inside The GSEs analysis of data in the Inside Mortgage Finance MBS Database.
