Since Fannie Mae updated its eMortgage guidelines late last summer, the government-sponsored enterprise has seen a steady increase in the volume of eNotes streaming into its system. But that volume remains only a tiny fraction of the overall volume Fannie Mae handles, said Mark Oliphant, who heads up the investor’s electronic mortgage initiative.
