Former Mississippi Attorney General Michael Moore – the man who is widely credited with negotiating a multi-billion dollar deal with the tobacco industry – has been asked to serve as monitor for an agreement between Ameriquest Capital Corp. and state attorneys general. Moore confirmed his role as monitor in an email to Inside B&C Lending last week. But he declined to discuss any of the details of his work.
