Kentucky. The state Committee on Banking and Insurance will be considering an amendment to the state’s high-cost home loan law that would prohibit “high cost” interest-only loans. A high-cost mortgage loan in the Bluegrass State is any loan from $15,000 up to $200,000 that is secured by a mortgage on a residential real property.
