The Chicago Federal Home Loan Bank this week revealed details about its forced pullback from the Mortgage Partnership Finance program that has contributed to a sharp downturn in earnings. In a re-filing of its Form 10 registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Chicago Bank said its net income for 2004 was down $71.0 million from the previous year, a 16.3 percent drop to $365.5 million.
