Wells Fargo stockholders have filed a resolution that would require the lender to complete – and release to the public – a detailed study of its lending practices. The resolution, which could be voted on by shareholders at the company’s annual meeting next year, was filed as part of an anti-predatory lending campaign created by advocacy group United for Fair Economy as part of its “Responsible Wealth” project.
