Mortgage companies can now generate leads in-house without having to maintain the infrastructure of a call center. The system requires only a few components already common in mortgage offices: PCs, a broadband Internet connection and customer service agents. Five9, an on-site call center provider, says its customers do not need any additional hardware, software, phone lines or IT support staff to operate their own call centers. Five9’s VoIP call center service is provided, monitored, and
