American Home Mortgage, a fast-growing real estate investment trust that’s combined internal growth with bargain-basement acquisitions of other firms’ production capacity, has launched a correspondent unit. The company says it has hired six senior managers to lead its emerging correspondent lending division. All six managers, including Rick Pishalski, executive vice president and correspondent lending director, came from E*Trade Financial Mortgage Services.
