GHR Systems Inc. last week announced that it is buying mortgage automation software developer Loansoft, maker of the LS Studio suite. Loansoft provides loan origination, processing and technology to lenders. Its technology is used by four of the top 10 U.S. residential mortgage lenders – Chase Home Finance, GMAC Mortgage, National City Mortgage and Washington Mutual.
