GHR Systems Inc. is buying what is left of mortgage technology vendor Ultraprise Loan Technologies Inc., but officials of both companies declined to confirm the deal. According to sources close to both firms, GHR will take over the skeletal crew of Ultraprise, Frederick, MD. GHR will pay for Ultraprise’s outstanding bills, but the purchase funds will not be sufficient to reimburse investors.
