Fiserv, the provider of integrated data processing and information management systems to the financial and mortgage industries, has been on a shopping spree to provided both horizontally and vertically technologies for lenders. The company last week made its 12th acquisition of the year. The company’s Fiserv Colombia Limitada subsidiary acquired software assets of a Latin American software developer.
