Freddie Mac announced EarlyResolution, an advanced web-based collections tool designed to enable servicers to work more effectively with defaulted borrowers. EarlyResolution, which will be available later this year, is designed to make it easier for servicers to counsel homeowners on their options earlier in the delinquency process so they can explore alternatives to foreclosure.
