MortgageBot has integrated Freddie Mac’s Loan Prospector on the Internet into its online lending platform. The company, a division of Marshall and Ilsey Corp., claims to be the first online lender to accept applications and deliver loan decisions using LPI. Once MortgageBot receives feedback from LPI it blends it with its own underwriting evaluation in its PowerSite platform to come up with a loan decision.
