Interlinq, which has not been profitable for a year, this week announced second quarter earnings that show some improvement from the losses posted in the prior quarter but a 13 percent decline in revenue from the same period a year ago. "While clearly not good, I’m thankful the second quarter wasn’t as bad as the first," said Jiri Nechleba, president and CEO of Interlinq.
