In efforts to develop its portfolio and significantly grow its subprime business in the months ahead, Oak Street Financial Services announced it is going public. Oak Street Financial Services, the parent company of Oak Street Mortgage, hopes to raise $150 million for its shares of common stock in an initial public offering, according to filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
