The Mortgage Bankers Association of America, which has been criticized for sitting on the legislative and regulatory sidelines for much of the past several years, is looking to take a much more aggressive stance when it comes to mortgage-related issues this year. Towards that end, the trade group this week unveiled a comprehensive legislative and regulatory agenda aimed at advancing the interests of its members with a new Congress and a new administration. Included in
