Top executives of the country’s largest financial services companies are urging Congress to end the debate and pass class action reform legislation. In a May 5 letter to the Senate leadership, 107 chief executive officers and other top executives of the financial services industry called for the passage of S.2062, the “Class Action Fairness Act of 2004.
