Federal Reserve Board examiners will pay closer attention to large banks’ activities to determine their level of exposure to consumer compliance risk. Examiners also will assess the trend of consumer compliance risk and determine whether the internal controls and review processes at large banks are sufficient to mitigate the risk, the agency said.
