Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will apparently have to wait a while before they learn who their next chief regulator is going to be. That’s because the White House last week officially pulled the nomination of Mark Brickell more than 11 months after he was initially named to head the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight.
