Fannie Mae spent less on advertising through the first half of 2003 than it did during the same period last year, but the GSE remains among the top four advertisers in the financial services arena. According to data compiled by the research firm TNS Media Intelligence/CMR, Fannie – both as a company and through its foundation – spent $30.82 million on various advertisements in the first half of 2003. This represented an 8 percent
