Subprime securitizations grew bigger – in some cases, a lot bigger – during the first two months of 2004. According to data compiled by Inside B&C Lending, the average subprime MBS deal completed during the first two months of this year totaled a hefty $622.71 million, up from $532.56 billion during the same period in 2003.
