New business kept subprime lenders busy in the early part of 2002, when quarterly volume reached its highest level ever, a new Inside B&C Lending analysis of the top lenders reveals. Overall, Inside B&C Lending estimates that a record $55.5 billion in new subprime loans were generated during the first quarter of 2002 – a 52.1 percent upswing from the same period in
