B&C News Briefs Delta Financial last week announced the start of a community lending partnership with the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now. The new program, called "Borrow Wise," will provide outreach financial education and loan counseling services to residents of New York’s boroughs of Queens and Brooklyn.
