Harland Financial Solutions will acquire Interlinq Software Corp. for more than $30 million, the companies have announced.Interlinq’s widely used products will be integrated into Harland’s existing Mortgage Solutions Group.The Atlanta-based Harland sells various automated lending products including the Smart Suite, which addresses point-of-sale, processing, closing, post closing, risk analysis and pipeline management needs.
