The shares are slated to begin trading on the NYSE under the symbol HOMS next Thursday, Oct. 29. The lead book runner on the IPO is Credit Suisse.

The two investors will pay $13.50 per share for Front Yard, a 35.5% premium over what the company was trading for on Friday.

In a recent S-1 statement filed with the SEC, McCarthy Capital Mortgage Investors was cited as holding 100% of Guild’s Class-B common. Once the IPO is completed, McCarthy will have sway over 94.8% of the combined voting power of the common.
