GSEs Set Schedule for LIBOR/SOFR Switch

After Sept. 15, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will no longer accept LIBOR loan applications. Moreover, the FHFA and the GSEs expect all loan purchases linked to the London benchmark to cease by yearend.
