Household International officials and directors will square off this week with investors and community groups at the company’s annual meeting in Kentucky over alleged predatory lending practices. Household has come under attack in the wake of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now’s filing of a class action lawsuit in Cook County, IL, federal district court alleging nationwide lending abuses.
