Two asset-backed securities veterans have joined forces to take advantage of the niche sectors within the ABS market. Paul Jenison, formerly of PaineWebber, Prudential Securities and UBS Warburg, joined forces with Robert Riviere, president and chief executive officer of Barton Creek Ltd., a broker-dealer and investment-banking firm, which now has been renamed Riviere-Jenison Securities.
