Wall Street has urged the Securities and Exchange Commission to exclude on-line bond valuation tools from a new disclosure regime. At issue is proposed interpretative material, published in the April 3 Federal Register, that would authorize firms that are members of the National Association of Securities Dealers to offer interactive investment analysis tools, and reports based on them, to their clients.
