ARM Share of Originations May Edge Up In 2014 as Affordability Becomes an Issue

More homebuyers opted for adjustable-rate mortgages as interest rates increased during 2013, although most of these loans remain in portfolio. After the November elections, how long will it take for a new Congress and White House to pass GSE reform legislation?
