House Democrats to File Long-Shot Reform Bill to Free Fannie and Freddie, Create Ginnie Conventional MBS
Three House Democrats plan to introduce a new housing-finance reform bill that would leverage the Ginnie Mae mortgage-securitization infrastructure and private mortgage insurers.
