Cenlar Seen as a Strong Servicer of Jumbo MBS

A savings bank that focuses on subservicing has been the most active servicer of loans in jumbo mortgage-backed securities since 2013, according to Fitch Ratings. After the November elections, how long will it take for a new Congress and White House to pass GSE reform legislation?

I’m confident a bill will be passed the first year.
