SEC Revises MBS Disclosure Requirements

The Securities and Exchange Commission this week unanimously approved a final rule covering registration and disclosures for asset-backed securities, including new non-agency mortgage-backed securities. I’m confident a bill will be passed the first year.
2 to 3 years. GSE reform is complicated.
