Walter Fails Servicing Settlement Metrics

Servicing problems are being addressed “quickly and effectively” by the servicers subject to the $25 billion national servicing settlement, save for Walter Investment Management’s Green Tree Servicing, according to Joseph Smith, the settlement’s monitor.
