The report, conducted by Alvarez & Marshall, was making the rounds in Washington Wednesday morning. John OíNeill, a managing director in the evaluation firm of Alvarez & Marsal, confirmed to IMFnews that his company conducted an evaluation on the GSEs for the Blackstone Group.
