The subprime securitization market went gangbusters through the end of September, with issuance volume reaching its highest level ever, a new Inside B&C Lending analysis reveals. Overall, some $291 billion in new securities backed by subprime mortgages were issued during the first nine months of this year, a 109.6 percent increase from the same period last year.
