Two California lenders have agreed to arbitrate a dispute over the sale of a batch of allegedly bad mortgage loans. But the fate of the Wall Street investment bank that brought the deal together has yet to be decided. Arbitration talks between American Residential Investment Trust and Long Beach Mortgage Co. are scheduled to start late this month and expected to last three weeks.
