CFPB Report Calls Into Question the ‘GSE Patch’

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau late this week issued two separate reports assessing the effectiveness of its Ability-to-Repay/Qualified Mortgage rule and Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act servicing rule.
