Bank Lending, Secondary Market Sales Down in 1Q21

Wells Fargo and JPMorgan Chase, the largest bank mortgage lenders, reported significant increases in the first quarter. But PlainsCapital Bank and Federal Savings Bank both posted double-digit declines.
