Bureaus Future Rulemaking Will Include Nonbank Supervision

One tidbit in the CFPBs latest semi-annual report to Congress reveals that the bureau plans to propose additional rules to further define the scope of the bureaus nonbank supervision. On July 3, 2013, the CFPB issued a final rule establishing procedures to implement Dodd-Frank Act Section 1024(a)(1)(C).
