The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the four prudential regulators have released a ¡°Memorandum of Understanding on Supervisory Coordination¡± that clarifies how they plan to coordinate their supervisory activities, consistent with the Dodd©\Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
