HUD Plans Summer Action on Consumer Protection Measures
Two notices of proposed rulemaking regarding consumer protections are slated for action in the summer, according to the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s regulatory agenda for the first half of 2005. An interim rule on FHA property flipping will be finalized in July.
