Harland Financial Services, a mortgage software provider, recently got into the e-mortgage game by acquiring the product line from Greatland Corp., a leader in the emerging e-mortgage document industry. “We’ve been in the [document delivery] business for over 20 years, but we’ve never actually delivered mortgage documents,” said Lois Roberts, president of Harland’s retail and lending solutions division.
