Freddie Mac announced a new adjustable-rate mortgage cash execution system for lenders using its web-based selling system which the company says will help sellers manage their pipelines faster and more efficiently and on just one system. “With the latest announcement, lenders can do any type of transaction on the web no matter what kind of cash execution they want to do,” said a Freddie Mac spokesman.
