As the idea of guaranteed mortgage closing cost packages becomes more popular these days, the move by lenders to offer one-stop mortgage services is gaining momentum. In the past three weeks, two lenders with reputations for being the vanguard of mortgage technology have unveiled plans to set up a new national settlement services company.
