Lenders can’t skirt the issue any more. Recent surveys show more single women than single men bought homes in recent years and people age 18 to 24 look to the Internet as a mortgage tool. This doesn’t bode well for online lenders that cater to the more mature audience and especially whose target has been the traditional financial decision-makers and breadwinners: guys.
