Fannie Mae has announced amendments to its selling and servicing guidelines on electronic transactions for the secondary market company’s mortgages. The company at the end of January announced that it will no longer require lenders or document custodians to execute a Master Electronic Delivery Agreement to govern “covered transactions” with Fannie Mae effective March 31, 2002.
