A scheduled yearend issuance of new reporting requirements that would require inclusion of loan pricing information in annual Home Mortgage Disclosure Act reports remains very much on track, according to the Federal Reserve Board. The final draft of proposed changes to Regulation C, which implements HMDA, has been completed and will be sent to the board for approval, said Catherine Ryan, an attorney with the Fed’s Consumer and Community Affairs Division.
